Required Skills:
● Hand on experience in Core Java JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and Oracle DB.
● We are looking for an Application Support Program Analyst with 3 to 5 Years of experience in
building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
● Knowledge of front-end web development technologies and frameworks.
● Good experience in designing and developing layered web-based applications with backend
as MS-SQL Server.
● Strong experience in identifying and implementing proper software design patterns based on
the solution.
● Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
● Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and
presenting these for architectural review.
● Experience in Application Management would be an added advantage.
● Knowledge on production support and production incident trouble shooting skills.
● Deployment and configuration management skill also will add advantage.
● Should be flexible to work in staged shifts.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts and rotational weekends.
Qualification
● 4+ years of experience in a leading application support team.
● Experience on any monitoring tool like Splunk, Dynatrace etc

Job Description:
● The Java Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to
ensure the reliable performance of Java-based applications and systems.
● Prior experience in Core Java, Javascript, SQL, PLSQL, Servlets, JSP & Spring frameworks.
● Candidate should have a wide range of experience and expertise who can take ownership
working closely with the client team to move forward.
● Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data comparisons & manipulation, MS Word for
documentation
● Commitment to clear and timely communication with all stakeholders - including Clients,
Client Service Managers, Business Analysts, IT Operations, Dev/Engineering team
● They will diagnose and resolve issues, offer guidance to end-users, and collaborate with
development teams to improve application stability and performance.
