Invoicing Operations Representative:

What we're looking for - Invoicing Operations Representative:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of general professional experience.
  • Experience using NetSuite accounting software or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and G-Suite.

    Atividades

  • Execute post-processing audits to validate invoice accuracy, including third-party submissions and filing terms, and create and track key AR metrics.
  • Analyze invoicing data to identify process improvements, including training, customization, automation, and tool enhancements.
  • Collaborate with analysts to plan, test, and modify invoicing systems and features, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation while providing ongoing support and system training to the invoicing operations team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, mentor team members, and make data-driven recommendations to improve invoicing operations and business competitiveness.
