In this position, you will be in charge of the design and implementation of advanced signal processing algorithms, for the analysis of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal data and work closely with our software engineering team and clinical experts.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Design, develop, and validates software systems for biomedical signal processing applications such as ECG monitoring and alarm processing, shockable ECG rhythm analysis, pulse detection, etc.
Develop automation tools and software using Python to automate performance evaluation and data extraction and analysis.
Report on progress to relevant stakeholders; keep our issue tracker accurate with progress.
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent disciplines, or equivalent years of experience in signal processing, data analysis, with an evident mathematical and statistical foundation.
Experience in data exchange technologies like JSON, and designing and building RESTful services
3+ Years of extensive programming: experience with either Erlang or Python. Please be prepared to resolve issues at the interview!
Familiarity with version control systems (GitLab), and release methodologies
Experience developing software in a BSD (or Linux) programming environment.
A solid grasp of machine learning techniques (e.g., classifiers, supervised /unsupervised, clustering, dimensionality reduction, deep learning).
Familiarity with recent advances in deep-neural-network architectures and software frameworks (like Theano and TensorFlow).
Skill in signal processing, especially in the algorithm of Wavelet, FFT and digital filters.
Nice to Have:
Experience and working knowledge regulations/ISO standards for medical devices.
Working with Unit Tests
