  • What we're looking for - Account Manager (Customer Management)
    Who you are:

  • You are a relationship-driven professional with a client-first mindset, dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • You excel in communication, able to convey complex concepts in English clearly to diverse audiences, from mid-level users to C-suite executives. 
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and create performance reports.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product.
  • You have technical aptitude and a passion for innovation, staying ahead of industry trends in contextual intelligence, brand safety, and digital advertising.
  • Required Experience and Skills:

  • Fluent in English (B2+)
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, ad tech, or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients, from mid-level users to C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand platform functionality.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus Experience:

  • Experience with contextual intelligence and brand safety platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning-driven solutions.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, startup-like environments.

  • Atividades

    Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and driving product adoption.
  • Build and foster long-term client relationships to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product teams.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Develop and deliver performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
